Barberix is an appointment management app for barbershop staff. This policy explains what data the app processes, why, and how you can have it deleted.

Data we collect

• Staff accounts: name, phone number, password (stored only as a salted scrypt hash), role, working hours and SMS credit balance.
• Appointments: client name, client phone number (optional), service type, date and time, and appointment status, entered by staff or by clients through the booking page.
• Visit statistics: per-client visit and cancellation counts derived from appointments.
• Device push token: used only to deliver appointment notifications to staff devices.

We do not collect location, advertising identifiers, browsing history or payment information, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

Contacts

When you add an appointment, you can pick a client from your phone contacts. Only the single contact you choose is read, and only its name and phone number are filled into the form. Your address book is never uploaded or stored.

How we use data

• To let staff sign in and manage their schedule.
• To send clients an SMS reminder before their appointment, when staff enable it.
• To notify staff and shop administrators about new, changed or cancelled bookings.

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Service providers

• Google Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging) stores data and runs the backend, in the us-central1 region.
• An SMS gateway provider in Uzbekistan receives the client phone number and reminder text in order to deliver SMS reminders.
• Telegram delivers booking notifications to shop administrators.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while the shop uses the service. Staff can delete their account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete account, which permanently removes their profile and sign-in record. Clients can ask the barbershop, or contact us at the address below, to delete their appointment history.

Security

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are never stored in plain text, and access to data is limited by server-side security rules.

Children

Barberix is a tool for barbershop staff and is not directed at children under 13.

Barberix sartaroshxona xodimlari uchun uchrashuvlarni boshqarish ilovasi. Ushbu siyosat ilova qanday ma’lumotlarni, nima uchun ishlatishini va ularni qanday o‘chirish mumkinligini tushuntiradi.

Qanday ma’lumotlar yig‘iladi

• Xodim akkauntlari: ism, telefon raqami, parol (faqat tuzlangan scrypt hash ko‘rinishida saqlanadi), rol, ish vaqti va SMS limiti.
• Uchrashuvlar: mijoz ismi, telefon raqami (ixtiyoriy), xizmat turi, sana va vaqt hamda holati. Ularni xodim yoki mijozning o‘zi bron sahifasi orqali kiritadi.
• Tashriflar statistikasi: uchrashuvlar asosida hisoblangan tashrif va bekor qilishlar soni.
• Push token: faqat xodim qurilmasiga bildirishnoma yuborish uchun.

Joylashuv, reklama identifikatori, to‘lov ma’lumotlari yig‘ilmaydi va siz boshqa ilova yoki saytlarda kuzatilmaysiz.

Kontaktlar

Uchrashuv qo‘shishda mijozni telefon kontaktlaringizdan tanlashingiz mumkin. Faqat siz tanlagan bitta kontaktning ismi va raqami formaga qo‘yiladi. Kontaktlar ro‘yxatingiz serverga yuklanmaydi va saqlanmaydi.

Ma’lumotlar nima uchun ishlatiladi

• Xodimlar tizimga kirishi va jadvalini boshqarishi uchun.
• Xodim yoqqan bo‘lsa, mijozga uchrashuvdan oldin SMS eslatma yuborish uchun.
• Yangi, o‘zgargan yoki bekor qilingan bronlar haqida xodim va administratorlarni xabardor qilish uchun.

Shaxsiy ma’lumotlar sotilmaydi va reklama uchun ishlatilmaydi.

Xizmat ko‘rsatuvchilar

• Google Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging): ma’lumotlarni saqlaydi va serverni yuritadi (us-central1 mintaqasi).
• O‘zbekistondagi SMS xizmati: eslatma yuborish uchun mijoz raqami va xabar matnini oladi.
• Telegram: administratorlarga bron haqida xabar yetkazadi.

Saqlash va o‘chirish

Ma’lumotlar sartaroshxona xizmatdan foydalanayotgan davrda saqlanadi. Xodim istalgan vaqtda ilovadagi Sozlamalar → Accountni o‘chirish orqali akkauntini butunlay o‘chira oladi. Mijozlar o‘z tashriflar tarixini o‘chirishni sartaroshxonadan yoki quyidagi manzil orqali so‘rashlari mumkin.

Xavfsizlik

Barcha aloqa HTTPS/TLS orqali shifrlanadi. Parollar ochiq holda saqlanmaydi, ma’lumotlarga kirish server tomonidagi qoidalar bilan cheklangan.

Bolalar

Barberix sartaroshxona xodimlari uchun mo‘ljallangan va 13 yoshgacha bo‘lgan bolalarga qaratilmagan.
